Modular Homes
Modular homes are essentially the same as a site-built home built by your local builder. They are constructed inside a factory out of the weather using modern manufacturing tools and methods not possible with on site construction. This guarantees the job is done right and as further protection it is then inspected and certified correct by State Authorized Inspectors. That means your new home meets all state and local building codes. Once your home is on site you can occupy it in as little as 60 days, avoiding delays that can occur in on site building, sometimes as long as 6 months or more.

Manufactured (HUD) Homes
The Federal Manufactured Home Construction Code was enacted in 1974 to improve the quality and durability of manufactured homes. HUD now governs and regulates the foundations, roof construction, wind load construction, energy standards and heating & ventilation systems for these homes. Todays manufactured homes are very economical to heat, with fire resistant drywall construction and higher roof pitches. Manufactured homes are the most cost efficient homes available today.
